Our custom converting capabilities at Papertec Inc. include the ability to provide cut paper sheets in a variety of materials and sizes. We carry a wide range of specialty papers including release papers, polycoated papers, food grade papers, industrial papers, and onion skin paper. We also have the ability to sheet various grades of films and cloth. Both standard and guillotine sheeting processes are available depending on the product application. Tolerances can be held within 0.0625″ using standard sheeting processes, while guillotine (flat cut) equipment can hold sheets to within 0.03125″.
Sheets are typically cut from master rolls up to 84″ wide. Substrate thicknesses can range from 0.0008″ to 0.250″. Cut sheets may be as small as 1″ x 1″ or as large as 72″ x 84″. Sheets can be ream wrapped, boxed, packed in bundles or stacked in full pallets. We work with customers to develop the products and processes that help their operations thrive and perform at maximum efficiency.
Our customer base is as varied as our material selection and includes the packaging, food service, and industrial and military industries. Custom cut sheets are used for anything from packaging dunnage to high end stationery. Food grade and Mil-Spec certified products are available to meet the needs of these unique industries. In addition, JIT shipping, custom stocking programs, and multiple shipping services are available. Turnaround time is very fast, typically less than two weeks, even on large orders.
