Chipboard, Linerboard, Clay Coated Board, SBS, Poly Coated Board, Pasted Chipboard

We inventory numerous grades of chipboard, clay coated board, poly coated board, linerboard, sbs and matte board. We work with board mills across the U.S. and Canada to ensure a variety of products to our customers. We supply both virgin and recycled prime board as well as odd lot, mis-spec and side trim stock. We can offer a variety of calipers ranging from 0.012" up 0.350". We can also supply pasted chip (chipboard that is laminated together) in any caliper you need.

Chipboard
We carry kraft base (brown) and news base (grey) chip. We can also supply both of those grades with a clay coating. We also stock white one side (vat white) or white 2 side chipboard. We sell both virgin and recycled board.

Linerboard
We carry both 100% recycled linerboard (made from recycled corrugated) and 100% virgin kraft linerboard. Basis weights range from 20# to 69#. We can also produce a poly coated linerboard for moisture barrier, food and medical applications.

SBS
We stock rolls and sheets of SBS (solid bleached sulphate) board in calipers from 0.008" up 0.028". Clay coated one or two side as well as poly coated one or two side grades are readily available. SBS is used in a variety of applications ranging from graphics, printing, signage to food and medical packaging. It is also acid free and will not degrade over time.

Poly Coated Board
We have the ability to put a one or two side polyethylene or polypropylene coating on any of our board grades. We do stock some grades already coated. Coatings levels and can be custom designed for any application (ranging from 5# to 35# on one or two sides). Coating types are LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, and PP. We can also manufacture custom laminations of films and foils to board.

Pasted Chipboard
When one ply of chipboard is just not enough, we can provide you with pasted (or laminated) chipboard. We can run pasted chip with a quick turnaround and manufacture to your custom size requirements. Pasted chip caliper ranges from 0.080" to 0.50".

Below is a list of inventory items that we are currently stock. In addition to this list we warehouse several truckloads of roll stock that can be cut to any size. Custom cut sizes can be produced in 1 - 2 weeks.

• Most of our films are also available with silicone release coatings. We have films that are coated on one or two sides. We can adjust our release levels to meet even the most stringent specifications.
