Our latest product is the plastic plug. Our brush strips are manufactured with a high quality polyethylene that is not destroyed or damaged by solvents and acids. Unlike paper, these brush strips do not absorb any liquid and will not suffer any degradation throughout the life of the brush. During the manufacturing process, the polyethylene is foamed in order to reduce the specific weight of the board. Because the polyethylene is very light in weight, it is a less expensive, more cost effective board. We also emboss the surface of the board. This creates a porous finish the surface which facilitates a perfect setting of the plastic. Another benefit of a plastic board is that it is not influenced by atmospheric conditions like a wood or a paper board, it will not absorb any moisture present in the air that might affect the caliper of the material.

We have the capability to manufacture a variety of widths and thicknesses. We are currently producing widths that are in the range of 1 3/16 to 3 5/8 and our thicknesses anywhere between 1/8" to 1". We are more than accommodating to meet all of you company's stringent plugboard requirements.

We not only sell the plastic plugboard, but the finest quality paper plugboard as well! We are currently producing paper plug slit rolls from 11/16 to 3 5/8 widths and in .055 and .018 thicknesses.
